Our fitness classes are designed for all abilities!
All of our adult course & classes cost £6.50 each, and Junior Gym costs £3 per child. All classes must be booked in advance..
Fitness Class Timetable
Pilates concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall wellbeing by concentrating on posture, balance and flexibility.
Pilates instructor, Cathy Baynes, is passionate about promoting women's health and fitness. She enjoys helping individuals to regain movement and fitness, especially after injury.
A Class for all user abilities. Yang yoga (fast pace and focus strength) for 45minutes of the class to finish with 15minute yin(slow pace holding poses and stretch).
Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation. It helps to improve health and happiness.
Yoga instructor, Emma Harris, has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. She is a qualified Personal Trainer, with training in Body Combat, Body Pump, Exercise to Music, Spin, Pilates, and Yoga. Emma believes it is important to maintain a well-rounded level of fitness.
This class is similar to Legs, bums and tums. It is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up areas such as your thighs, bum and stomach. It is great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.

Junior Gym gives those aged 11-15 exclusive access to the Bournside Sport Centre Gym, under the careful supervision of our qualified fitness instructors. The purpose of these weekly sessions is to help children develop healthy lifestyle choices, and to understand the benefits keeping active.
Junior Gym is supervised by qualified Personal Trainer, Will Gibney.
Indoor Cycling or 'spinning' is a high-intensity exercise on a stationary bike. In this 45-minute session, our experienced instructor will guide you through a workout that combines both cardio and endurance.
