Safe Space Scheme
The Safe Space Scheme is a community of businesses that provide a safe and secure place for anyone to go if they are being followed or feel under threat in anyway. Wherever you see the Safe Space logo, you know that the business welcomes you in immediately, no questions asked until the threat has passed.
As of June 2023, Stagecoach Southwest have trained up all their bus drivers on the "Safe Space scheme" and are displaying the Safe Space stickers and posters on all their buses.
This scheme clearly supports Gloucestershire Police and Crime Prevention Plan under "Tackling Violence and Intimidation Against Women and Girls". Find out more: Safe Space Scheme
