All of our classes cost £5 each and you can book up to 5 weeks in advance using our website booking system.

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterised by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another seamlessly. It is a breath-initiated practice that connects every action of our life with the intention of moving towards what is sacred, or most important to us.
Pilates concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall wellbeing by concentrating on posture, balance and flexibility.
Kettlercise is a fat burning, body toning intense kettlebell workout session. There are 37 kettlebell exercises which are easy to follow.
This is a group exercise class that mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training – a challenging workout!
HIIT is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.
