Covid-19 Information

Updated 04.01.21

We look forward to welcoming back all students on Wednesday 5th January.

Face masks

Face coverings will be worn in ALL indoor areas from Wednesday 5th January (including classrooms) in line with government guidance.  This is optional for teachers/classroom staff within classrooms. Students with exemptions will not be expected to wear a mask but are expected to have/wear their exemption lanyard/carry an exemption card. Masks should be plain in appearance. Thank you for your support.

COVID-19 testing

Students and staff are asked to continue to self-test at home twice a week. Students are able to collect home self-test kits from the Business Centre. It is recommended that tests are carried out on Sunday and Wednesday evenings. If your child has a positive lateral flow test, you must arrange a follow up PCR test. Students must not return to school until the PCR result is known. Please notify the attendance office of this.

Remote learning strategy

We are committed to providing a high-quality curriculum that can be accessed from home by our students. Our Remote Learning Strategy will ensure that students continue to follow their planned learning journey during remote learning when this is necessary.
